There are two ways in which we collect your personal and business information.
1. The first is to register/renew your domain name and hosting. We collect your: Name, Company Name, Business Address, Email and Telephone.
2. The second is a complete backup of your website.

We use your personal and business information to:
To ensure the domain name owner details are correct. The domain name will be suspended if the registrant information is incorrect or unable to be validated.
To ensure that if there are any unforeseen issues with the website, it can be easily rectified by using the most recently stored backup.
To manage contact between ourselves.
Sharing Your Personal and Business Information
We use your personal and business information to register/renew your domain name and hosting accounts. This involves 2 other UK based companies:
names.co.uk for the domain name.
SiteGround.co.uk for the hosting.
We do not share or sell your personal information with anyone else.
Storing and Protecting Your Personal and Business Information
We retain your personal and business information to:
Manage contact/correspondence between ourselves.
Keep an up-to-date backup of your website.
Correspondence we receive via email from yourself is retained in our secure email system.
Any passwords/user account information is kept in a secure offline notebook.
We keep this information and correspondence until such times as you do not wish to continue business with us. After this time all emails/email chains and any associated files and paperwork are destroyed/deleted.
Our computer files are backed up regularly onto 3 portable drives, of which 2 are kept securely off the premises. The 3rd is kept securely on the premises along with our offline notebook.
If the premises are going to be left unattended for a number of days, the 3rd portable drive and offline notebook are moved off site to a secure location.

You are entitled to request the following from us:
- The right to be informed – we provide our privacy policy to inform you of how we use your personal information.
- The right of access – you have the right to request access to your personal information.
- The right to rectification – you have the right the request that your personal information is amended and/or where incomplete, completed.
- The right to erasure – you have the right to request that your personal information is erased/deleted.
- The right to restrict processing – you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.
- The right to data portability – you have the right to request that your personal information be electronically moved, transferred or copied.
- The right to object – you have the right to object to your personal information being processed.
- Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling.
